Economic freedom – the right and ability of a person to improve their life by their own actions and efforts. In a broad sense, is the freedom of professional, consumer, property, financial choice; in the narrow sense of the word – the freedom of entrepreneurship. Economic freedom of the subjects of the labour market is the ability to make decisions, implement their short-term and long-term economic interests. The article analyzes some of the key decisions in the labour market, employees and employers. In Russia, the level of economic freedom needs to improve, including for subjects of the labour market.
