Abstract:

The article considers the specifics of universities' role transformation in the modern knowledge society. It classifies key directions of public innovative policy in relation to Russian high schools. It also represents a general concept of innovative infrastructure for domestic high schools developing research activities and based on them entrepreneurial activities and marks out key directions for the enhancement of efficiency when practical implementation of the model.
