Abstract:

The article deals with the main trends of innovative development of municipalities. The analysis of innovative activity in Salavat is carried out. On the basis of the identified problems, the directions for creating conditions for the development of innovative activities in Salavat are proposed: the creation of a system of self-regulation of subjects, the development of training, improving the infrastructure to support small and medium-sized innovative businesses. One of the private methods of creating conditions for the development of innovative entrepreneurship, was proposed to implement the project "Creation of a virtual business incubator for socially vulnerable segments of the population on the basis of the website of the administration of Salavat", which involves the introduction of innovative social projects to solve the problems of vulnerable groups, improve their quality of life. The main conclusions concerning the position of local governments in relation to the development of innovation.
