Abstract:
The article discusses the main trends and problems in the development of innovation activities in Russia. The role of digital transformation and staffing of technological breakthroughs in the development of regional innovation subsystems is defined. The analysis of the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the IT training system in Russia has been carried out. The necessity and factors of transformation of scientific and educational processes, which should be adapted to the rapidly changing needs of regional innovation subsystems, are substantiated. A mechanism is proposed to ensure the compliance of scientific personnel with the needs of the digital economy.
