System of assessment indicators of production block of the production potential of the enterprise

Abstract:
We studied the scientific literature in order to determine the possibility of applying current assessment methods of the industrial potential of industrial enterprises. We found out that the vast majority of these methods do not meet the realities of the current state of machine-building enterprises, and do not take into account the true state of affairs in the industry. As the result we see a need to develop method of assessing the level of use of the enterprise's production potential (EPP), which is adequate to the current state of affairs at machine-building enterprises. The article shows a separate stage of the developed method, in particular, the assessment of the production block of the production potential (PBPP) of the machine-building enterprise. We show in detail a system of indicators and initial data, aimed at determination of the level of use of individual elements of the PBSPP. We present the results obtained after implementation of each sub-step and based on the application of the indicators mentioned in the article. The method was tested in the conditions of work of machine-building enterprises of the Orenburg region. On its base were made some management decisions aimed at further development of the EPP.
