Abstract:
This article highlights the main approaches to the formation of corporate management systems of project activities in the enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. The analysis of the stages of development of project management as an independent field of knowledge is carried out. The main directions of development of project management methodology in the context of the formation of a new paradigm of project management in Russia and abroad are analyzed and presented. The main provisions of the author's methodology for managing high-tech projects in the high-tech segment of engineering are presented. The main constraining factors of introduction of modern design methods in the enterprises of military-industrial complex are given. The main organizational solutions for the implementation of advanced design techniques are proposed. On the basis of the research materials presented in this article the necessary conclusions and generalizations are made.
