Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of interaction between human capital (as that terms is used in modern economic science) and various types of human knowledge identified in the economy as various types of intangible capital such cultural capital, intellectual capital and a number of others capitals. We also study interactions between these types of capital (knowledge), including the creation of knowledge. The research methodology includes a comparative literature review and systemic, structural approaches, including analysis and comparison of the structure of intangible capital types and their interactions in the process of human capital formation, theoretical analysis and systematization. Human capital is formed through assimilation by an individual of various types of knowledge (intangible capital): cultural, social, organizational, etc. The results of the study reveal the existing inconsistency in the definitions of various types of intangible capital. The obtained results can be used to develop a systematic theory of human capital reproduction in the context of intangible capital and its role in economic development. The sum of all knowledge, skills, competencies and information available to humanity forms the intangible capital of mankind (noosphere). There is a constant process of movement of this capital in the form of its internalization by individuals and organizations, and in the form of creation by individuals of new knowledge, information, organizational forms and artistic values. The study of the structure of intangible capital reproduction provides grounds for the classification of its species, including human capital.
