The article discusses the conceptual foundations of organizational support of corporate social responsibility in the company. In accordance with the level of responsible behavior of the company two variants of building the system of corporate social responsibility are proposed: the variant with the independent unit, implementing the principles of corporate social responsibility, and the other one with a high level of centralization of this amount of work on the top management level and presupposing the delegation of authority to the relevant units on the lower levels.
