Abstract:

The article is a study of the principal concerns of inter-firm network management in terms of information interaction between its participants. Information integration of partners is shown essential. The main aspects of interaction of an inter-firm network with consulting companies are outlined, and the role the latter play in arrangement of information integration processes is defined.
