The article is dedicated to the issues of the territorial-and-economic zoning of the Perm regions. The authors have analysed the production and economic parameters for the proposed agro-climatic zones, as well as the state of the agricultural lands. Finally, the influence of the production potential of natural-economic areas on the gross output production, production potential and the efficiency of use of the Perm region’s farming lands has been evaluated. The obtained results have enabled to give recommendations as for the ways of using the farming land plots most efficiently.
