Abstract:
Transition of the Russian economy on the path of modernization and innovative development requires greater interaction between the key elements of the innovation system: science, government and business. In addition, it is necessary to create an effective system of innovations funding on the basis of bank lending and principles of public and private partnership. Read more in the article.
