Abstract:
In today's world an organization cannot be successful without effective work of employees of the company, the results of which in turn impact the organization and regulation of labor staff. Today, the recruitment process, in particular managers of top and middle management, the process is time-consuming and costly, therefore, many organizations are partnering with recruitment agencies. Since the recruitment agency is a supplier of recruitment services to other companies, organization of employees of recruitment agencies directly affect the efficiency of the agency, and indirectly on the efficiency of the companies which offers recruitment and therefore on the efficiency of the state's economy. To determine the directions of improving the organization of labor for the organization jobs in the company "Cornerstone" we have analyzed successful practices for the workplace of the Russian and foreign companies.
