Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of institutional specifics of formation of the state enterprise development management systems in economic strategic sectors. We mark out general and specific institutions of the environment for the functioning of enterprises in strategic industries. We analyze possible forms of impact on the development of these enterprises. We identified the absence of the concept of strategic assets and the unified concept of their management as the main problems in our country, because they are critically important during the period of economic sanctions.
