Abstract:
This article is the fourth part of the study of international journals of housing research. In this part in addition to journals aimed at reflections on the nature and measures of housing policy we also present journals devoted to publishing materials using applied econometrics in the analysis of the development of various aspects of housing market. These journals reveal new developments in spatial planning and urban development policy and practice. The materials of publications focus on the interface between research and practical application. This approach improves the efficiency of dissemination of new knowledge important in a daily professional practice. The results of the study will be useful to students and experts engaged in solution of issues of the real estate market and housing for citizens.
