The implementation of the post-industrial economic scenario in Russia requires a dynamic and pragmatic approach to encourage large-scale industrial entrepreneurship. The article systematizes the importance of industrial entrepreneurship in the country's economy. The influence of the volume of shipped goods of own production and investment in fixed capital by building a correlation matrix, the solution of the selected correlation equation, evaluation and analysis of the results. In conclusion, the author's position on the existing institutional constraints and problems characteristic of the entire production business in Russia as a whole is outlined. The solution of these problems will help not only to reduce unemployment, but also provide a multiplier effect of the growth of new enterprises in the most important sectors of the economy. The use of new technologies and the improvement of product quality in manufacturing enterprises are strategic tools that can give the country a response to increased competition, both in domestic and global markets.
