Abstract:
Analyzing foreign experience, the author concludes that the majority of Russian citizens do not have the means to purchase new housing. In this regard, the author thinks that in our country a special attention should be paid to the recently emerging trend - redistribution of investments from new construction to renovation and modernization of housing resources.
