Abstract:

The world practice has repeatedly shown that a competitive policy is the key instrument for realization of the main directions of social and economic development of the territories, including the development of the institutional environment for an innovative development, decline in inflation, creation of the conditions for the improvement of the population’s life quality and conditions, development of the competitiveness of the regional economy as a whole. In Russia, implementation of the roadmap “Competitiveness development and antimonopoly policy improvement” is to become the main instrument for stimulating the competitiveness development. For rendering methodological help to the regions as for creation of a competitive environment, the Competition Development Standard has been approved in federal subjects of the Russian Federation in September, 2015. This article is dedicated to the implementation of the main provisions of this Standard.
