Abstract:

The country’s investment activity in many ways reflects the forethought of the state investment policy and the effectiveness of applicable main investment tools. The article represents the systematization of state support measures that allows to determine the role of the state in stimulation of the investment process in a more precise manner. It also gives the review of practical use of the most popular budget tools of the state investment policy in certain developed and developing countries.
