Abstract:

The article examines methods for measuring global poverty by international organizations. Particular attention is drawn on the indicators on which poverty is measured. Results of the study are relevant to the whole of society, as global issues concern everyone. The article concluded about the extent of poverty in the world, by analyzing the statistical data.
