Abstract:

The article formulates approaches to enterprise innovative potential appraisal on the basis of balanced metrics methods and defines principles of finding key indices of efficiency, specifies the definition of state-private partnership in the innovative sphere. It offers innovative potential integral value appraisal methods and its comparison with branch-wise indices on the basis of bench marketing approach. The necessity of implementation of innovative potential integral value in the system of expert appraisal when choosing innovative projects on competitive basis for the enhancement of budgetary funds use efficiency.
