Abstract:

The article deals with the main features of the current state of industry in Russia. The mechanism of ensuring competitiveness of the industrial enterprise is offered. The key methods of assessing the potential, business processes of the enterprise are considered. Methods of optimization of production, increase of competitiveness of production are studied.
