Abstract:
Purpose: the purpose of this article is to study the specifics of managing financial and economic security. Materials and methods: in this article, applied methods such as analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison. The work was done on the basis of factual materials of economic development and experience of effective management of financial and economic security in Russia. The article uses empirical, systemic, analytical, economic and other methods of studying the economic activity of the subjects of society. Results: it has been determined that in the modern conditions of digitalization, the management of financial and economic security is not possible without the use of Internet technologies that help ensure the accounting and storage of encrypted information. Conclusions: the study allowed to substantiate the theoretical representation of the blockchain technology, its properties and aspects of the application; to study the economic nature of cryptocurrency, the process of their release and institutional regulation; to determine the institutional provisions for the management of financial and economic security in terms of digitalization. Application: the results that were obtained in the process of writing the work can be used in the development of various methods to improve the economic security of economic structures of various forms of ownership.
