The analysis of modern methods of improving the quality of services, as well as the processes of retraining and advanced training of personnel. Conclusions: at the moment, improving the quality of services in any enterprise is the key to its successful economic development and the basis for the competitiveness of goods produced or services provided. And integrated planning can help improve the quality of services. Moreover, integrated planning can combine several business segments of companies, for example, production, logistics and sales. An integrated approach involves creating a cross-cutting plan that unifies the entire value chain. In our case, from production to sale. Such a plan minimizes the risk of a mismatch between supply and demand: the company produces just as many products as it can transport and sell, and how much the market needs. For example, today the company PAO «Gazprom neft’» creates a powerful automated system that will allow it to most efficiently produce, distribute and accurately control its resources. It optimizes refining volume, the basket of petroleum products and distributes them in the most efficient way. Ultimately, a targeted integrated planning system will improve the quality and responsiveness of the planning and control process. The findings and research results can be used in the further development of integrated planning as an effective tool for managing the quality of services.
