Abstract:
Purpose: the purpose of the work is to consider the development of new information technologies, in the sphere of citizen registration. The article reviews the development of new information technologies that ensure that citizens’ opinions are taken into account when determining priorities for socio-economic development. Materials and methods: the results of the study presented in the article were obtained using methods of factor analysis. Analytical data and empirical materials are properly summarized and structured in terms of the argumentation of the main provisions that reveal the means of achieving the research goal. Results: thus, at present, the application of electronic technologies, taking into account the opinions of citizens, has entered the stage of sustainable development. Including the transformation of concepts is completed, and the established definitions in this area are introduced. Conclusions: thus, the development and implementation of modern information and communication technologies based on domestic and foreign experience in the system of electronic registration of citizens’ opinions in Russia are related to the need to increase the level of information activity and literacy. Electronic participation is an important component providing feedback for the entire system of electronic interaction between the citizen and the government, including, among other things, a multi-level e-government infrastructure.
