Abstract:
Purpose: the research objective consists in justification of expediency of development of methodical provisions on transformation of an enterprise management system for adaptation of the modern principles of the organization of production in defense industry complex. Materials and methods: when carrying out a research materials of the enterprises and organizations of defense industry complex which have started development of modern concepts of the organization of production are used. Methods of the comparative analysis, decomposition and the structural analysis were applied to justification of conclusions of article. Results: the results of a research given in article have shown existence of a close interconnection and interdependence between provisions of the introduced modern concepts of the organization of production and elements of a control system of the enterprises. It is established that entering of radical changes into the principles of the organization of production activity without correction of the operating subsystem doesn’t provide an institutionalization of positive changes at the enterprise owing to violation of synergy of interaction of his main subsystems. Conclusions: the carried-out analysis of close interrelation of provisions of the modern concept of «economical production» with measures for adequate modernization of elements of an enterprise management system does obvious need of addition of the available recommendations about the organization of production with decisions for reorganization of a control system. Theoretical development and implementation of mechanisms of performance of this work will allow to turn introduction of modern methods of optimization of key aspects of activity of the enterprises of defense industry complex and the civil industry into dynamic conscious process with the predictable end result.
