Abstract:
Purpose: of the article is to study the process of improving the quality of health care services. Materials and methods: in the article, in the methodological aspect, modern theories of market economy, development and regulation were used; methods of structural and functional analysis and systems approach, groupings, graphical and tabular methods, a system of economic laws and scientific assumptions. results: the analysis of approaches to determining the quality of medical care in the world scientific literature, international and domestic normative documents was carried out. Recommendations on management of quality of service are offered. The priority of the problem of improving the quality of medical care at the present stage of development of the Russian state is identified. conclusions: the problem of the quality of health care services can be solved in the implementation of a set of measures, which are based on increasing the responsibility, skill level of staff, etc. Questions on improving the ILC in Russia are priority and should be harmonized with international principles, meet established requirements and standards, use of industry resources, meet the needs of patients and their expectations, meet the modern level of science. The analysis of approaches to the definition of the quality of medical care in the world scientific literature, international and domestic normative documents has been carried out. The priority of the problem of improving the quality of medical care at the present stage of development of the Russian state is noted.
