Abstract:
To make a decision on the development of residential real estate, one of the priorities of the developer is to assess the urban development value of the territory. One of the most important factors for making a decision on the purchase of residential premises is the developed infrastructure. Rural development needs to reflect its full potential. In other words, access to information about the level of development of the territory is extremely important for all parties to the investment process, since the price of the territory is the appearance of an illiquid object or an unclaimed business. In this regard, we have set a goal to research information systems and data sources for housing projects that would contribute to the adoption of the most objective decision. Based on the results of the study of existing tools of information support of real estate market participants, we obtained the results of a significant lack of information field objective data, especially for rural areas. For the development of rural and suburbanized areas, the concept of an integrated geographic information system aimed at the development of housing construction and business activity is proposed.
