Abstract:
Today, we are facing a so-called digital economy that poses new challenges for the organization. Improvement of the company is unthinkable without the development of human capital, which leads to the need to change the traditional management approach. The use of old management methods is already ineffective. The article deals with the development of the essence of human capital and its management in the digital economy. Also, what are the requirements for a Manager in a modern and competitive world, so that the organization can succeed.
