Abstract:
In the article the algorithm of creation and practical use of the system of KPI and detailed metrics of the organization for the purpose of integration with model of an assessment of efficiency of corporate training is developed. Tools and sequence of steps for implementation of the model of training effectiveness evaluation "MAP" (Metrics Analytics Planning) are presented. The algorithm of data collection determining the need for training on the basis of metrics, proposed options for automatic planning of employees for corrective training. The process of collection of metrics indicators on the basis of quality control measurements check lists (forms), the process of their further systematization and analysis is described. The variant of forming of reports for the subsequent unloading of results of the conducted training and an assessment of its efficiency is considered.
