Abstract:
The paper examines the concept of sustainable development of the region. We show the prospects for creating cluster entities. We assess economic situation in the Kaliningrad region and the prospects for clustering the region. We give the example of agreement on the forma-tion of cluster education and show the problems that hold back the formation of clusters.
