Abstract:
We consider the identification and analysis of patterns of housing market functioning and development of its regulation mechanisms as an important task in the conditions of economic crisis. The author has studied the main trends of development of housing market in Russian at different stages of economic crisis. We analyzed the state of housing market at the present stage of its development. We examined the factors, determining the formation of price dynamics in the housing market in terms of economic instability.
