Abstract:
The article presents the experience of the developed countries in regulation of public-private partnership, as well as the types of this regulation: adoption of special laws about public-private partnership and regulation of public-private partnership projects on a contractual basis. The regulatory framework of public-private partnership in EAEU countries has been analyzed. The main incongruities in the legal frameworks of EAEU countries concerning the mechanism of public-private partnership have been identified. It has been concluded that EAEU countries perform legislatory activities, following their own principles and image of public-private partnership. In case of such scenario there can be no common projects of public-private partnership. For unification of legal frameworks of EAEU countries in the sphere of public-private partnership, certain key directions of improvement of public-private partnership regulation in EAEU countries have been proposed.
