Abstract:
Bank marketing is a complex, multi-faceted discipline that requires special attention in the modern context. The article analyzes functions, features and concepts of marketing in banking sector in order to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the banking financial institutions. The author’s definition of bank marketing and his view on ways of its implementation within the framework of bank activities are given herein.
